LSO shipping

The fact that this company has the worst reviews here, google, and even the business bureau astonishes me! How can Sephora continue to use them? It seems that the company doesn’t care about their customers when something is lost by this carrier. I’ve gone through countless reviews and I’m pretty damn sure I won’t be getting my delivery. Especially because my address has a huge gate, where normal delivery drivers leave packages at. I’ve contacted Sephora about my purchase because I’ve reviewed an email that my purchase has been shipped. I was supposed to receive it today but tracking info states it was waiting on shipper. They had different times with “waiting on shipper”. It was 730pm and I showed one for 8:00 and then one for 9:00. How can they have those time stamps when it hadn’t even that time frame. I live in SA and they are based out in AUSTIN so theirs no time difference. I called Sephora and the representative stated that they have no control over the notes provided by the delivery company. I tried to call LSO and waited for 10 min after reading that people were waiting 3 hours I hung up! How can people get the help they need when it comes to their money and their purchase. I called Sephora again with my concerns of not getting my package and he understood my frustrations and is completely aware of the complaints this delivery service has. But he said I had to wait till the end of day. Delivery date on tracking info is now in pending and on Sephora’s website states it’ll be here tomorrow. But I’m not holding my breath. My main concern is not getting my money back when I’m told it’s been delivered when it has not (  I’ve seen countless comments who’ve stated it was delivered but not.)  or it getting to me weeks later damaged. Is their anyone out there were they got their money back after all the crap they went through? Ugh… my anxiety is through the roof if you can’t tell!?! It’s 1139 and I’m venting out in hopes for some relief that someone can help after I get that delivery notice and my package isn’t there.

Dealing with this right now as well. Sephora I hope you’re reading this. LSO as carrier needs to be discontinued. It also showed “delivered” but to no avail. 

there was an investigation back on December on this company. hope there is a resolution.

Just went through EXACTLY the same experience with LSO.  No help from LSO or Sephora to truly resolve the issue.  Sephora said I had three choices. 

- Cancel my order

- re ship the order (using LSO again, I assume 🤦🏻‍♀️)

- or drive nearly an hour out of my way to repurchase the items I ordered online

 

The only option that was palatable was to cancel my order!!

I imagine considering the rotten reviews this company has gotten, Sephora will lose a lot of their SW business.  Karma is a b****! 🤷🏻‍♀️ #LSO sucks!!

It has been 12 days and one re-shipment and I still have not received my items. I have no clue why Sephora would use LSO when it is clearly unreliable and the worst!

I have BEGGED BEGGED BEGGED Sephora to STOP mailing through LSO to me and they refuse to do it. The shipping department at Sephora picks the shipping carrier and they also pick LSO. It used to be ups or USPS, which are wonderful, but LSO needs to go back to hell and burn there for eternity. Horrible horrible company. I want to see them crash burn and die
