LSO shipping status fluctuating pls help

I've signed up for txt notification for my package. The package keeps fluctuating  on its shipping status. It says it was scanned, then out for delivery, attempted , unable to access, hold for pick up then back to inbound scan at destination and  no other updates.

I came home early from work when it was "out for delivery" nothing showed up and hours later it said "attempted"

 

The next day it says hold for pick up but I never received anything about where it's being held so I can pick it up not was I ever contacted about having to pick up the item and the site offered no help. 

 

Day after that it says again " inbound scan at destination "

 

If it was already scanned the 21st and out for delivery the 21st  then held for pick up on the 22nd why is it being scanned again on the 23rd?? 

 

Can someone please just tell me where my package is?

I've left work early already once  to be here for delivery and I don't even know if I'm getting my item. It just says that a delivery date will be provided by the carrier  but how can I trust I'll get information when the info they already have is confusing.

Give proper info in tracking and good service  for fluctuation status
 they are showing like that  i ordered on 26 and estimated delivery was on 28  and they were showing that it has been scanned on terminal but now they are showing like that in status Package information has been provided but the item has not been received for delivery. For more information please check again later. so anybody know that what should i do next , will i get my parcel or not i m just feeling like they are doing fraud i dont like this kind of service
abd they  also not providing proper info that where my parcel i have been spent  over 100$ and it means alot for me

THIS!!!!! LSO is the absolute worst. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop using LSO! I will not order from Sephora again until I know that LSO is not the shipper.
