LSO and alternate shipping options

Does anyone know if I pay to expedite shipping can I get someone other than LSO? They tossed a package from another retailer over my gate, which they always do. This time, though, my new puppy was outside playing and she chewed through it. LSO said I had a pack of loose dogs in my yard and a beware of dog sign in the VM they left me when I complained. Both are untrue. I haven’t had a dog in 20 years and I have no sign bc I don’t leave my animals outside nor raise them to be vicious. They also basically threatened on the VM that they will start leaving my packages outside my gate, meaning someone will swipe it in two minutes. Of course, some stuff I want is online only. Maybe Sephora should start offering ship to store bc if it’s LSO or nobody, I’ll just stop buying
