LSO Shipping Issues

Anyone else having issues with LSO shipping? My order was placed on 11/9 with an estimated delivery date of 11/17. When I track through Sephora I see a delivery delay and my package has been sitting in the same city in Texas since 11/18. LSO's website is useless and does not have any updated information. From the reviews I've read about LSO, they're pretty incompetent and lose packages frequently. Sehpora please stop using this garbage shipping company. Never had any issues when my packages were shipped UPS or USPS.

Yes!! I ordered on the 11th. Expected delivery of yesterday...however lso had the package since the 16...and it just shows inbound scan and nothing else. Like it's been with them for 8 days..and still no update. The LSO hub is like 20mins from me. LSO has been the worst. I didn't know spehora uses them as their website lists usps or ups ground as shipping method...haf I known I would of avoided...and just went to ulta in my town.
