LSO SHIPPING ISSUES

Order status all over the place again. This is the 2nd time it's happened  last time they almost return my items .

Some one please assist. This is so frustrating. 

Last time this happened I was told to choose another shipping company. How am I supposed to do that when you all automatically choose LSO??!!

same. my current order was expensive (lots of pat mcgrath stuff) and to my horror, it's been shipped with LSO. absolutely no movement on it since the 23rd for a "weather delay" - it's been sunny and cool all week. i'm not happy.
