LOVES LIST DISSAPEARED

For months now my loves list has not been working. First it completely cleared, and even when I go to an item and click the love button, it will say its in my list, but if I go there, it's still empty. I have emailed customer service twice with no help. Has any one had the issue?

This sounds frustrating and I'm so sorry about this. I recommend checking your Loves List on an alternative Internet browser or device, and try deleting your Sephora App and re-downloading.
