LOST/STOLEN SEPHORA PACKAGE

I was supper excited about receiving my order since I ordered a few things to treat myself. I have been tracking my order since last week. Today I woke up a bit late and after doing a few things I ended up checking my Sephora app. My order finally said it was delivered, knowing every package I order is left outside my door near the steps I didn’t want to waste much time leaving it outside. When I went out to get the package (an hour and some minutes after the package was marked as delivered) I noticed that the box was upside down. I found it a bit odd that it would be upside down, shrugging it off I picked up the box and to my surprise the box had been opened. Some of the stuff I ordered are missing and I don’t know what to do. It’s not the first time things like this happen around my neighborhood because we’ve had mail such as utility bills stolen and packages stolen or opened.
