LOST POINTS

I can’t believe there was no warning before my points were erased! I was just about to create an order when I noticed all of my points were GONE! I had over 3,000 pts and had no idea they randomly added a new expiration date. I had been a loyal customer for so many years, Shame on Sephora for taking advantage of people during this pandemic. I will not support this business anymore. This is a horrible way to treat customers when they're trying to save up for the larger packages. Shame on you Sephora!!

I'm sorry to hear you may not have received the email stating that your points were going to expire. Please note, points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
