LOST PACKAGE

This appears to be a problem for a lot of people apparently, and now I get to join! Ordered back on April 28th with delivery taking a whopping 3 weeks. The package said delivered, USPS said delivered but no package was on the front porch. Checked front door cameras too, nobody ever dropped off a package. $150+ worth of products in mine. I haven't even bothered calling customer service since I know the wait with an agent is nearly 2 hours.
