LASERSHIP?!?!

I hate lasership with all my might!! I never thought that by subscribing to the 2 day flash delivery I would have to deal with them. I don't know how they call it even a 2 day delivery when they take a week!??! I thought by today I was going to have my package...but no...I should have known better when sephora shipped my package through them. I have had awful experiences in the past with this carrier, they have stole items from my packages, they have thrown my package in the front lawn that landed on top of the roof (I don't know how, but it did) So please, PLEASE STOP USING LASERSHIP AS YOUR CARRIER!!! or refund me my $10 for the 2 day shipping I'll just pay the $5 gladly every time I make an order and I get it through UPS much faster!!
