LASERSHIP not delivering my package

Why on earth do you guys use Lasership?  They continue to attempt to deliver my package between 8-9pm at night.  My shipping address is to my workplace, so this isn't going to work and not one person from their team has been able to remedy this situation.  I'm not sure what to do at this point, as I've contacted your customer support and they said to reach out to LAsership.  They load the package on their trucks at 11AM every morning and proceed with the same routine and attempt to deliver at 8 at night.  This experience has been horrible and I ordered my stuff almost 3 weeks ago.  stick with UPS and USPS please!!!
