LANEIGE Neo Blurring Loose Finishing Powder Isn't Counting Towards Spring Challenge Points

Giving y'all a heads up that if you go to the Spring Beauty Challenge and click on "Buy a Skincare Product," the Laneige Neo Powder might show at the very top like it did for me, yet despite this the system doesn't automatically count it to complete the challenge (even though it meets the $25 threshold).

 

I had purchased a clean hair care product in the same order and that immediately showed the points were pending for that, but the skincare challenge still showed I needed to purchase a skincare product. I immediately told customer service, but they told me I had to wait to tell them again after the points finished pending and were added to my account (even though the skincare points were never pending in the first place). 

 

Fast forward to today, and the chat is down even though it's within business hours, so I decided to post about it here. It would be nice if there were a way to email customer service for times outside of the chat hours.
