Kudos to Sephora customer Service

I just wanted to say thank you and appreciate the service I have received in last 2-3 months. Yes, there are times of frustration (getting order cancellation after 5 days when things were in stock when K placed the order) but most every time Sephora was able to help or provide satisfactory alternate solution. They checked proactively to confirm if I got help, was able to place the order (because Things were OOO during rouge weekend that I had mentioned about). 

Customer Service agents on phone also were courteous and helpful 95% of the time and Mods here on the boards were awesome as well Esp @LaurieBT @RebeccaBT and of course @KatieBT Thank You. Appreciate it.
