Kopari Melt Spilled

Hi,

I ordered the Kopari Melt as part of the Weekly Wow promotion (I already have a smaller version of the Melt and love it!), but unfortunately when I went to open the box, it had leaked and saturated a corner of the box as well as my other products. Thankfully the other products that I ordered were unharmed (only the packaging was ruined - not a big deal), but I lost a good bit of coconut melt 😞 I took it into my local Sephora, but they said there wasn't much they could do (as they were sold out of the Melt) besides accept my return. I really love the Melt and would hate to return it because I got it at such a good price. Is there anything I can do? Ideally, I would love to exchange my defected product for a new one, but I completely understand if that is not possible!
