I've made two separate online orders through Kohl's and linked my Sephora insider account but my points aren't showing up. Please let me know if you can help retrieve my points

I have had the same issue. I’ve spent almost $300 at Sephora at Kohl’s and I have received zero Sephora points. and these orders have been weeks and months ago. i’m noticing this now as I’m logging in to shop for the sale. I would love to know if this can be fixed.
