Re: Knock Your Spots Off #SephoraGiveaway!

Why wasn't this promotion emailed to me? Sadly, I read about it on this message board after it ended.

Also, I want to say that I love Sephora, love some of the perks, etc. I'm wondering why, when I shop in store, the associates don't offer me the perks that would have received had I ordered online. Example: I purchased a large bottle of Clean Warm Cotton. I realized later that, had I ordered online,  I could have recieved a whole lovely gift set for free with the purchase. I didn't want to be a jerk and return perfume that I'd already opened so I could reorder and get the gift, but I felt a litle cheated. Why don't you just offer me the things that I'm entitled to?

Along those lines, if I receive a VIB coupon for 10%, why am I not permitted to use that with other manufacturers' incentives--such as a perfume gift set--in my online order? If I've earned the 10%, and the manufacturer wants to incentivize the purchase of that perfume, why can't I use both. Victoria's Secret allows the use of up to 3 discount codes, and I'm certain that it makes me buy more. At least for VIB's, I ask that the use of multiple promo codes be considered.

Thank you for your attention.
