Klarna not working

Hello,

When I try to use Klarna at checkout, I repeatedly receive the same error message.  I’ve tried switching browsers and alternating between using the app and not. I’ve been trying this for about two weeks to no avail. I really need these for my birthday, does anyone else have a solution?
