Klarna not working during sale?

I am trying to make a purchase using klarna. I use it all the time here and I don't have an owing balance. I'm all paid up so I don't understand why I can't make purchases on sephora with it. Is it not an option during the sale or is it something else. Thank you.

Klarna said afterpay aren’t working for me either and I keep going back and forth with customer service about it
