Klarna/Afterpay promotion purchase completion issues

I have been unable to checkout since yesterday using Klarna or Afterpay for the 25% off promotion. I have called Sephora customer service twice who said to call someone else. Both Klarna and Afterpay say it is a Sephora issue. Has anyone else been having problems? I have tried completing my purchase on the Sephora app and Sephora website and also tried using the Klarna and Afterpay apps as well. I’ve recently purchased using Klarna and Afterpay with another vendor yesterday with no issues.
