Just opened a Sephora credit card - I need help

Hi everyone! I just signed up for a Sephora credit card today in store. I was approved, but I wasnโ€™t actually sure whether or not I got the Sephora credit card or the Sephora visa credit card. I already used it for my purchase today. However, I havenโ€™t received any emails yet about my account and I donโ€™t have online access to it since I donโ€™t actually know what my credit card account number yet. Should  I be  expecting an email about that soon?

I still have yet to receive an email about the credit card. I donโ€™t know what to do and I have no way to access my credit card account at all. Who do I contact? @keelybt

Same situation. I thought the app was glitching and deleted the Sephora visa temporary card hoping I could add it back and now I can't find the number anywhere. Now that I think about it, I didn't even received an email when I was approved for the card. I wanted to buy something using the 25% off reward of the new card, and I saw that with the temporary card had a limit of $500. Well, after applying the coupon the total is $451 and the app doesn't allow me to use the card. I was told by a customer service rep via chat that it had a limit of 400$, but I took a screenshot saying otherwise when the app showed me my credit limit. 

This has been very confusing.

@makeup23lover I would recommend contacting Comenity directly by calling 1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa) 1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature), 1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card), or (TDD/TTY 1-888-819-1918).

@makeup23lover Yes, you should receive an email with more information and your temporary card should be attached to your online account within 24 hours of approval.
