Job application status "Application Failed"

I have been trying to apply for jobs at Sephora career page through phone web, and computer, but it shows application failed under status. I am really confused, as I filled in all the information segments and made sure everything is correct. Is it happening to anybody else, or can anyone help me with the matter?
