Japonica Mini Candle arrived damaged

My order just came yesterday and I was so disappointed to see that my VOLUSPA Japonica Mini Candle Set looked like it was halfway opened and upon opening it, the candles were out of place, a container was chipped, a few candles had wax on the outside, and a few had the candle wax all scratched up by the other candle containers. Live chat is unavailable and I need help requesting a replacement without having to go in store
