My box said that it was shipped 11 Jan 18 but there has been no updated tracking, just that “it’s on it’s way!” Is it actually going to show up?!

I'm in the same boat as you guys. I got notification that it shipped and had a delivery date of the 22nd. It tracked all the way to my city then it stopped and the delivery date disappeared. No info if it will be delivered today or not or what's going on. I've noticed a pattern lately of some boxes disappearing mid transit.

We apologize for any confusion surrounding the tracking information of your PLAY box.  It appears that the tracking information has not been updating in real time.  Please keep an eye out, as your tracking information should update soon.  You should receive your box by 1/28.

I still haven't gotten mine either, and I have the same tracking info as you. I called customer service a couple days ago, and they told me if it doesn't show up by tomorrow, they'll either send me another one or refund me. They said the 24th is their cutoff date each month. They also said it's because UPS isn't updating the tracking info, but the boxes were indeed shipped and picked up. It's never taken this long before, so they must be lost somewhere. If mine doesn't show up by tomorrow, I'm definitely calling again.

I have not received mine either. UPS has shipping notification and waiting for the package to be delivered to them. Not a happy first time play box member! 🤨
