January 2019 Play Pass

Hi, On 1/18 I redeemed my January 2019 Play Pass while making an online purchase. My order confirmation showed that my pass was accepted. As of 1/22 the 50 points have not shown up on my BI point balance. I encountered this same exact situation back in November and had to contact CS to get it resolved. On the other hand, when I redeemed the December Play Pass in store, the 50 points showed up on my BI profile almost instantly. It seems like there might be a hiccup with the online redemption code in these past few months? Thanks for your help!

I was just going to post the exact same thing! I had the same issue with Dec and now Jan. Redeeming the play pass is the only reason I've made a trip to the Sephora store, and it's such a hassle to have to contact customer service every time!
