Okay, so my question is- I have read numerous times you can use your JCP cc online at sephora. I actually only got my cc because there’s a sephora inside the nearest JCP to me & that’s all I’ve used it for. However; when I go to check out online I do not get the option to use my jcp cc. Also, my cc doesn’t have a 16 digit number nor does it have an expiration. I’m not sure why, but that’s just how it is. Has anyone else ran into this issue? I mean, it even has sephora advertised on the back of my card and I’ve used it in store before.

I am able to use my JCPenney card but I use it on the Sephora app on my phone. I have ordered and received merchandise. Hope that helps!

Thank you! Just had that problem where I couldn't pay with my JCPenney card on Sephora's website but after reading your post, I downloaded the app.  I entered the card number and it automatically adjusted where I did not have to enter the expiration date then it showed JCPenney as the card.

Not sure if this helps but the jcp Sephora is not really apart of Sephora Sephora. much like the Starbucks in a grocery store is different than just a regular Starbucks. I had issues returning an item I bought in jcp to my normal Sephora because I didn't have a receipt and the systems didn't match up even though I had it on my beauty insider. so you might not be able to do it via the internet it might have to be an in store thing and have them ship it for you.

So I figured it out! A lot of Sephora items are on jcp.com so you can’t actually shop on Sephora.com but Sephora has items listen on the jcp website! Lol, just in case anyone has the same question as me!

Boo. I read on sephora.com they do accept the JCP cc. But oh well. I really want the ABH lip palette while it’s on sale & my closes sephora is an hour away. Blah. Thanks!
