im getting the same box and i am having the same issue. did you get any info on why it says that and what may be in our box? mine still shows in progress.

Mine is 044 and showing out of stock. The last few weeks i have been disappointed with sephora and this may just be the last straw for me. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
