Items that are sold out during the Rouge/VIB sale?

Hi,
I have been shopping at Sephora for a while now. Most of my beauty products are purchased at Sephora. Recently I just made couple purchases during the 20% Rouge promotion. Most of the products were out of stock at the moment I want to add them to cart. I checked back couple days and they were still out. However, I noticed them became available as soon as the promotion expired (exactly 2am on 11/16/17). I was wondering whether or not it is a coincidence. I hope Sephora did not try to limit the amount of products sold during the promotion. I want to ask since they are available now, exceptionally, is there anyway I can use my coupon one more time to purchase all the products that were out of stock? Thank you.

@caheobong, You are right.  I stayed up till end of sale and refreshed the tabs of OOS items and they were back in stock including the items I was waiting for to get back into stock!  Sephora was limiting items, since I guess there were people out there before that purchased way more than they should have (beyond a personal limit kind of thing, perhaps? IDK.).
