Items missing from my orders!!!!! missing items ,++ no samples , items not included, missing items

Greetings,

I'm a VIP rouge already qualified until the end of NEXT year, the end of 2019. I am extremely dissapointed that I am missing several items from 2 orders. Both orders where places on 12/16/2018 , and both items have a matching code of 07 09 in the upper right hand box on the packaging receipt. Obviously the person who preparred these packages is either completely inept, or purposely not including items in the order. There where also no samples in my orders. I have let Sephora online get away with so much, so many broken items and missing items, because I don't have time to waste, but I can't give any more chances before I start a class action.

This first order I ordered 4 items and only one item was in the box.

The second order I ordered 5 items and only 2 items where in the box. 

Also, I used 250 of my points to order an Armani Si parfum, and not only is it missing from the package, now I'm also out all those points.
