Items in order being cancelled but still available

Why are items being cancelled from my order but still showing as available if i place another order? I purchased the correct amount (10 over) and used a code for a face mask. I used my points for a 500 point item and a chubby stick. No replacements no email letting me know just cancelled. The items are still available. How inappropriate and misfortunate. This is now the second time this has happened to me in less than three months. I’ve been a long time customer but I’m about to be done. Anyone else having this issue?

I just wanted to give an update here to say the customer service got back to me and they indicated that the items were out of stock I checked and sure enough as of today the 500 point item is out of stock but that does not include the facemask I would’ve gotten for free my birthday item or the chubby stick. I’ve decided that I will use up my points make one final purchase and I am done being a Sephora customer I plan to share this on my social media sites as wellAs other people said they’ve had similar incidents
