Items cancelled

I purchased an online order and after paying they emailed me that a product was out of stock, and that was 2 weeks ago. They haven’t refunded the money for the product they removed till now what should i do?

same day delivery cancelled

today i made a same day delivery order including the patrick ta blush which after confirmation and payment of the order they sent me another email that it’s out of stock, even though the website still shows that it’s available for same day delivery to my zip code. And also i didn’t receive a refund. I paid with a credit card so when and how will the refund be?
