Item never received

Hi, I ordered a perfume set on April 22, ‘22 but I still haven’t received my order in over 3 months. I checked the shipping history and it’s been updated many times stating my order has been delayed, until May 19, ‘22 when it was marked as Lost Consignment. It was really disappointing. I bought it as a Mother’s Day gift. There isn’t a direct way to request a refund on the app. How can I get a refund?
