Item missing from order and one item looks like someone used tgat

Hi 

I actually received my order one month back and now when I opened the products to use the foundation stick looks like it’s used like someone applied that and the huda setting powder is missing I’m highly disappointed with this and regret not opening my package in time!!! Now I came back to Pakistan and don’t know what to do!! Please help me because my one item is missing and other one is used!!! The strange thing is box looked totally fine and in last time packing I didn’t opened foundation to use that and I wrote you for my missing item but no reply!! Please help me with this Thanks!!!
