Item arrived damaged

Hi there- I've been trying to get this issue resolved for several days and have not made any progress on my initial ticket (2574639) since apparently it got funneled to your Singapore team who told me they could not transfer it back to the US. Very frustrating. But I digress... 

 

My order of a bottle of the Biossance vitamin C Rose oil arrived broken and empty last week. See attached. I'd like a replacement ASAP. Please advise on what details are needed and how quickly this can be sent.
