Item Broke immediately

Hi, 

 

I got the Olehenriksen Banana Bright + Vitamin CC Eye Stick and after my first use, the product broke in half. 

 

I can come return it soon, but might not make it to a store for another week. Is it possible for Sephora to ship me a new one in the meantime?
