hello everyone! this was my first time using the sephora website and i’m really loving it! i ordered a lot of stuff and the package just got here today. everything was fine except for the becca highlighter. it is completely shattered! i was very excited for this product 😞 i don’t know if i could be sent a new one (i live in tokyo and there’re no sephora stores) what should i do?
