It's a little complicated, but I have 2 Insider accounts, one in store and one online.

I tried to called the Sephora number and the rep was very helpful, but she was unable to locate the account I made in store, which is VIB Rouge, even using the membership ID located on my Insider card, my phone number, and all potential email addresses. 

I want to combine the in store and online accounts, (the online account is still at Beauty Insider,)  but it is almost as if my VIB Rouge account doesn't exist, even though I used it and became Rouge last week.

Any advice that might help me track down the one and combine the accounts?
