It Cosmetics Pick Your Perfect CC Shipping to UK

Hi,

Does the It Cosmetics Pick Your Perfect CC bundle ship to the UK? I have selected the shade and added it to my basket but the discount has not been taken off, even when I click through to order. When I change the shipping location to the US, the discount is applied, so I'm wondering if the deal isn't applicable internationally? I can't see anywhere that says it isn't international though. Please could you advise me on this?
