Issues with address

I’m trying to place an order and it keeps telling me “the city, Province and postal code combination provided does not match. Please correct address to continue”

My address is correct and is the same address I have used for multiple checkouts. Is there an issue with your site right now? How can I fix this?

I recommend logging out of all of your devices, clearing your cache and cookies then restarting your device. Please also make sure that you are on the correct Sephora site. For example, if you are trying to place an order in Canada then the site must be on the Canadian version and vice versa. Please give us a call to place your order if the problem persists. 😉
