Issues with Deliverit

Has anyone else had issues with order deliveries from Deliverit? My package has been out for delivery for the last 3 days and every day the package was not delivered because "no access, need gate code". My building has a keyed entrance but I do not have an access or gate code to give them. All other delivery services have no issues with access to the building - I do not understand why Sephora would use this company? Not even sure how to troubleshoot this issue, just feels like I will not get my package. So incredibly frustrating!!
