Issue

So I purchased items from the 20% off sale. Two of them I returned today because they were the wrong color and I didn’t like the smell. Since there was the 25$ vib rouge event today, I returned to the store with the intention to exchange them for different colours and the same perfume but different scent. The Sephora rep returned the items but then charged me full price for the same items and also forgot to apply the 25$ vib rouge discount. I can’t afford to take the time to go back to store now. Can someone help?

The items you exchanged will be at full price, even if you bought the prior item at 20% off. If you exchanged the item, was the additional cost more than $50? If not that’s probably why the $25 coupon didn’t work.

That makes no sense. If someone buys something the cost should be honoured especially since I didn’t even open it. And the item I exchanged was the exact same perfume just a different scent since I clicked the wrong one by mistake. I purchased an additional 200$ On top of my original 700$ purchase. Just debating on returning it fully since I only bought it bc of the sale ... 👎🏼
