Issue with Redemption

Hello!

 

I am trying to obtain a $100 Rouge Reward and it keeps giving me an error when I try to process it. Please advise.

I was getting the same message and I googled it to see that others have had this issue as well! I tried checking out with the reward from noon to 2:30 and got that message every time!! And if it wasn’t available then it would have not been on offer to add to cart! It was so frustrating!! 
I will try again Thursday and hope this issue on Sephora’s end has been fixed 😞

I tried again today and no luck. Should I cancel my Sephora card and just start shopping at Ulta?

Hi, @lindalj !  This means the Reward is not available.  This has happened to me too.  You'll need to contact Customer Service if your points have already been deducted.

So if I try again on Thursday at noon it should be fine? I’m confused because normally when they run out, they are no longer available in the Rewards Bazaar.
