Issue redeeming scent certificate online

Im trying to redeem my scent certificate that i bought less than a year ago, when I try to put the promo code in it tells me the coupon does not exist. I did it on the app and also did it on the website assuming it was an app issue, but no luck. Also change every 1 to an I, and did every variation of it possible and still no luck, anyone know how to get it to work. Please and thank you
