Issue Redeeming Birthday Gift

For some reason it won’t let me add my free birthday gift into my cart. When I try adding it, a notice pops up saying something about “SKU”. What does that mean? Does this mean I can’t redeem my birthday gift?

Hi @saemo,

You will only be able to redeem your birthday gift during your birthday month, or within 2 weeks of your birthday. Once you are within that time frame, you can add the gift to your basket from the Rewards Bazaar, or from your Beauty Insider Summary page, or from the "Rewards" section at checkout. Thank you!
