Isle of paradise tanning water

I just received an order i placed and one product was the Isle of Paradise โ€˜own your glow kitโ€™. While the tanning drops appear fine, the tanning water has chunky/streaky creamy white things floating around in , which remain despite shaking the bottle. I am concerned b/c others seem to have mentioned this issue as well, but i couldnt find an answer about what it is- is it safe to use? Can the company explain as this issue is seemingly happening more than just a handful of times? The tanning water should appear like water- not with creamy streaks floating in it, no? Can anyone help me with this?

Re: Isle of paradise tanning water

Hey! So I work at Sephora and we saw this happening to our product, so we opened the gift set to see if the particles have been separating and they werenโ€™t. We believe that the product is okay itโ€™s just separating from natural elements. There are a lot of oils in the product so it could be natural separation or changing due to things like the lights or other environmental factors. Hope this helps
