Is this a legit gift card?

EDIT: seems it would have been accompanied by a normal gift card she probably forgot. All good ( don’t know how to delete the post!)

My daughter was given this gift card from her grandparents but the store said it wasn’t valid. Handwritten names and $ amount on back.
