Is there any way to record not getting samples?

• I realize supplies run out, but I find I only get the requested samples maybe 1/4 of the time. My order shows that I would have received something, but is there a way to correct that? I'm sure my account looks like I'm hoarding Kilian samples, but i never actually receive them. 

I live very far from a physical store, so I often place my orders based on when there's a sample I'm eager to try and try to order as soon as I see something I like, thinking that's when supplies would be best. 

I think this is the third time I've tried and failed to sample kay Ali vanilla haha. And I think I'm 2/5 on getting to try an Ellis Brooklyn scent I was interested in.

I am on the same boat. Sephora claims high volumes are culprit. If such is the case,  I suggest they use the same inventory system as their merchandise; that way they could track the samples inventory and accumulate data for furture program optimization. I get the requested samples nearly every time at other stores. Not at Sephora
