Is the Shade Finder broken?

I have been unable to use this thing for weeks.  When I click "Find your shade", it takes me through all the steps.  But once I click on the shade of my current foundation, I get a pop up telling me to log in, but I AM logged in.  But if I click the X to exit, it goes back to the 'Let's get started" screen.  Very frustrating.

@hotstrawberry I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. I recommend clearing your cookies/cache or trying a different browser.

Tried both of these things, still doing the same thing.

My apologies! We've forwarded this issue to the appropriate team and hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime, you should be able to use the Shade Finder through the Sephora app. Thank you!
