Is the Sephora Website Down?

I can't add things to love, and I also can't remove things from my loved list. When I try to check out, I can only use the PayPal option and even after confirming PayPal Payment... nothing happens. I'm still in my cart and nothing is updated. I don't want to keep selecting PayPal and then keep charging myself.
