Is now really the time to take our points?!

You know how long it takes to amass 2000 points !? A freaking long time! I’ve been a VIB for YEARS and have been saving my points in hopes of redeeming towards something I really wanted.   So, just when the world is enduring such tragedies, and people are thinking about more important things than buying concealer, Sephora decides it’s the perfect time to impose this damn “non engagement” policy!? REALLY!!??? so disappointed and sooooooo upset that you would actually follow through with this when your customers are already enduring so much. 
I suggest you reconsider.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Your points only expire if your account is completely inactive for 12 months. If you make a purchase, redeem points or your birthday gift once every 12 months, your points will continue to roll over. I will look into this for you and send you a PM.
