Is my order coming?

my most recent order says it should be delivered today. It was sent through offtrac and hasn't moved. I am going home on Saturday. Can I have the address changed? It would be nice to know if orders are going to take longer than expected when placing them... even though flash shipping should not be affected...

A majority of orders are experiencing a slight delay due to severe weather storms. Wind, snow and rain are causing a delay at our processing facilities in Reno and Salt Lake City and we truly appreciate your understanding! Cool automated message, glad I waited 15 hours for that. If you'd read my message you'd know that I won't be at this location after Saturday so receiving my package wouldn't be a possibility. 

Not sure what understanding and patience you are referring to.

I udnerstand there may be delays, but letting us know when ordering would be the right thing to do. I can't be the only one who travelled for the holidays, which if sephora has any knowledge of other, popular, cultures, especially here in California, end tomorrow. 

Thankfully my package says out for delivery, at last.
